WARRANTY POLICY AND CLAIMS

Warranty Policy 

  • Ciro warrants that products sold hereunder to the original purchaser, if maintained and operated under normal conditions, shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (3) years from date of purchase.
  • This warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized Ciro distribution channels. Items acquired via third-party marketplaces must be in original, factory-sealed condition to qualify for coverage. Ciro expressly excludes warranty support for any items sold as 'Open Box,' 'Used,' or 'Like New' by third-party sellers.
  • LED Lighting Limited Warranty: Ciro LED lighting products warrants that the assemblies will be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects for a period of (3) years. LIFETIME warranty for LED failure. No Labor or inconvenience cost can be included in any warranty claim. 
  • Ciro luggage including Dryforce luggage is warrantied against defect in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from date of purchase. This warranty does not include failure due to improper assembly by the end user, normal wear and tear, or general neglect. 
  • Proof of purchase will be required before we will process any warranty request. Pictures of issues may be requested by the Ciro warranty team.
  • Ciro reserves the right to elect between component-level replacement or full-kit replacement at its discretion. Customers are required to contact Ciro support before uninstalling components; unauthorized removal may void warranty claims.
  • For electrical items, please contact Ciro before removing any components. Our technical team will assist you with troubleshooting to ensure we identify the specific failure and provide the correct replacement parts.
  • Manufacturer warranties does not cover defects or damage resulting from mishandling, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence.
  • Customer may be responsible for shipping, handling fees and international duties or taxes.
  • Please note warranty processing may take 1-2 weeks and will be subject to the manufacturer's policies and discretion. 
  • Items purchased as "closeout", "final sale", "discontinued" or are sold at discontinued pricing are excluded from the 3 year or lifetime warranty and carry a 90 day warranty.
  • Should a product be discontinued, Ciro reserves the right to substitute the item with a current equivalent. If Ciro determines that no comparable replacement is available, this warranty provides no further remedy. This warranty is non-transferable and limited strictly to the availability of functional replacements.

To initiate a warranty claim and ensure a prompt resolution, please provide the following information regarding your product:
  • Copy of the sales receipt with the part number of the product
  • Pictures or video of the issue you're having. 
  • Pictures need to include one with the light on and the other with the light off. (if applicable)
  • All electrical items must include pictures of the end plug (if applicable) 
  • Is the issue on the left or right side of bike 
  • First and Last Name
  • Shipping address
More information maybe needed depending on the request.
Once we have all of the information above we can start the warranty process.

Damaged Goods

  • Please let us know within 7 days if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, OnTrac). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

    DISCLAIMER

         Ciro shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. Ciro’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of items purchased directly from us.

    WARNING: Use of lighting products may be limited, regulated, or prohibited in your state. It is your responsibility to be knowledgeable of the regulations in your state prior to installing these products.

      • The item must have been purchased from an approved Ciro reseller. If purchased from a third party site (like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, ect) the item must be in a factory sealed container, no "open box specials" or "used like new" will be covered. 
      • LED Lighting Limited Warranty: Ciro LED lighting products warrants that the assemblies will be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects for a period of (3) years. LIFETIME warranty for LED failure. No Labor or inconvenience cost can be included in any warranty claim. Please note if we test your returned product and find there is no defect, we will return it to you and the freight cost will be your responsibility.
      • ASR Seat, Pillion and Backrest is warrantied against defect in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. 
      • Ciro luggage including Dryforce luggage is warrantied against defect in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from date of purchase. This warranty does not include failure due to improper assembly by the end user, normal wear and tear, or general neglect.

      • Ciro reserves the rights to only replace the defective item from a kit or the full kit at its discretion. Contact Ciro before removing components. 
      • For electrical items please contact Ciro before removing items, we may ask you to troubleshoot the issue to insure we get you the correct replacement parts. 
      • Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by mishandling, normal wear and tear, and/or due to customer negligence.
