What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide using FedEx, UPS, and USPS services

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping within the US normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Do I have to pay duties and taxes

All international orders are subject to duties and taxes per your local government. For most countries we have the options to prepay your duties and taxes at checkout. This service is only available using FedEx or UPS services. If you pick USPS you will have to pay for your duties and taxes to your local postal service or government agency before you package will be delivered.

Technical Questions

I have rapid flashing on my turn signal indicators, how can I fix this?

Harley-Davidson® motorcycles equipped with incandescent turn signal light bulbs that are being replaced with LED turn signals will need to perform one of the turn signal sync processes below. Doing the sync process will allow the turn signal to work properly. 

 '14-'24 models with canbus / BCM electrical systems:

  1. Turn Ignition on, but do not start the bike.
  2. Turn on 4 way hazards by pressing the hazard button on the controls
  3. Turn the Ignition off letting hazards run. IF the bike has security they will flash 5 or 6 times and then pause. This is normal. They will go back to flashing normal hazard mode.
  4. Let hazards run 1-2 minutes.
  5. Turn Ignition back on.
  6. Turn Ignition off and then back on.
  7. Check function of both turn signals.

2001-2016 models equipped with a TSSM  (Turn Signal Security Module) and are non-canbus / BCM.

  1. Turn ignition on, but do not start the bike.
  2. Turn on the RIGHT side turn signal and let it flash 2 times.
  3. Turn on the LEFT side turn signal and let it flash 2 times.
  4. Turn on the RIGHT side turn signal again and let flash a minimum of 10 times.
  5. Turn on the LEFT side turn signal again and let flash a minimum of 10 times.
  6. Turn the ignition key off and then back on.
  7. Check the function of the turn signals.
  8. If your motorcycle doesn't respond to this you might need a load equalizer.

I have installed a light that has Lightstrike build in and the app is asking for a password, I not sure what the password is.

If you forget you password you can reset it:

  1. Power motorcycle on.
  2. Press the brake 30 times within 30 seconds of powering the motorcycle on. This resets all settings to the factory default and the password to 000000.
  3. Login and reset the password to a new 6 letter or number combination.

Samsung phone users:

Some Samsung phones will require you to turn on the "location" function to allow the app to connect to the controller.  

What should I do if I'm going to add more then one light to the back of my motorcycle?

All of the Ciro lighting kits include a Plug-N-Play harness that you can daisy chain together to add more lights. If you want to clean up the installation under your seat you can use one of our Y-Splitter harnesses 40099 or 40094 to reduce the main Play-N-Play harnesses.
