Q: If I have an existing Ciro perch mount from the previous phone holder will this connect correctly to existing ball mount?

• A: No. The GEN 2 Cybercharger requires the use of a GEN 2 compatible ball mount. The GEN 2 compatible ball mounts still use the 5/8" ball mount but the neck / shaft is longer on the GEN 2.

Q: I already have the Offset Perch Mount Kit, can I update my current mount to the GEN 2 mount?

• A: Yes, We offer kits D0250151 and D0250150 GEN 2 90° Perch Mount Ball Cap Kits separately.

Q: What size ball does Ciro use for their ball mounted accessories?

• A: All Ciro ball mounted accessories use a compact 5/8" ball and socket.
