I added in the Lightstrike Commander for the awesome versatility and functionality. The instructions were crystal clear and very thorough. I was able to get the tail lights changed in less than an hour, and that was taking my time. These are much brighter and give additional visibility from the side. The Lightstrike gives it that extra bit for startup, braking, and turn signal animations. Highly recommend!

Orders placed before 12 PM CDT Monday-Friday will be processed same day.  Please verify the delivery address and item quantities prior to completing your order, as we will not be able to make changes once the order is in process.

We understand that when you make an order, you want it as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast.  Most items will be shipped from our distribution center in Wisconsin. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.     

A shipping confirmation email (with tracking numbers) will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Free Shipping Promotion 

  • All orders $99.00 and over qualify for free standard shipping and handling to the contiguous 48 US states.
  • Orders over $99.00 will qualify for free standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. You can check out our shipping policies page for more information and details.
  • Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders given free freight will typically be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground services.
  • Orders are shipped from one of our distribution centers. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your items as quickly as possible.  Having said that, there will be cases where some products will have to be shipped cross country and require 5+ days of shipping.

    Shipping Method Explanation 

    Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

    Orders placed before 12 PM CDT Monday-Friday will be shipped same day.

    Fast Standard Shipping

    • Delivery typically in one to five business days.
    • This service is not a guaranteed service.
    • All transit time are estimated

    Three Day

    • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.  

    Second Day

    • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday. 

    Next Day

    • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

    Shipping Changes

    Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $35 minimum service fee per package. Not all packages can have be changed and will have to go to their destination. Please confirm your shipping address before submitting the order. Once the order has been delivered to the requested address it can't be retrieved. 

    Order Cancellation

    See our Return Policy for details on order modifications/cancellations. Once the package leaves our facility we can't cancel the order.  

    APO

    Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for our free shipping promotion. APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order.  

    Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

    Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service. In some instances, packages may also ship via UPS Ground.  Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we can try to accommodate.

    Shipping Costs

    • Alaska and Hawaii: Orders of $99.95 and over will qualify for free shipping.

    • US Territories: Shipping cost is determined by weight and dimension of order.

    International Orders

    We offer international shipping methods at checkout with live rates. Rates include door to door service from our Hudson Wisconsin warehouse to your home. 

    • Orders can not be changed, stopped, address change or canceled once the package has left our facility.  
    • Import taxes, custom duties and or VAT taxes. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties or VAT fee's per their countries and local tax laws. Orders shipped with UPS will have duties and taxes paid at the time of the order and sent out sent out with all duties and taxes pre paid (DDP).  Orders shipped out via USPS will be shipped with duties and taxes paid at delivery (DDU). 
    • Some of our shipping options (as noted at checkout) will include your total landing cost. UPS Express, UPS Saver, UPS Expedited and UPS Economy service will include all fee's including any duties, taxes and and or vat fee's required by our countries customs agency (DDP). 
    • Customer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and/or fees if incurred. 
    • Travel times will very by counties and time of season. Below are some typical travel times by service. Typical travel times will not include time that it takes for the package to clear customs. Not all services are offered in all countries.
      • UPS Worldwide Express: 2-4 estimated business days. Packages are sent out DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). UPS carries the package from door to door. No other payments need when package arrives. 
      • UPS Worldwide Saver: 2-4 estimated business days. Packages are sent out DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). UPS carries the package from door to door. No other payments need when package arrives. 
      • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 3-6 estimated business days. Packages are sent out DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). UPS carries the package from door to door. No other payments need when package arrives. 
      • UPS Worldwide Economy: 7-15 estimated business days. This is a consolidate service that will leave our warehouse 1 to 2 times a week. Packages are sent out DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). UPS carries the package from our door to your local postal service for final delivery. No other payments need when package arrives. 
      • FedEx Priority DDP: 2-4 estimated business days. Packages are sent out DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). FedEx carries the package from door to door. No other payments need when package arrives. 
      • FedEx Priority DDU: 2-4 estimated business days. Packages are sent out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). FedEx carries the package from door to door. Duties and taxes are due before the package is delivered.
      • FedEx Economy DDP:  3-6 estimated business days. Packages are sent out DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). FedEx carries the package from door to door. No other payments need when package arrives. 
      • FedEx Economy DDU: 3-6 estimated business days. Packages are sent out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). FedEx carries the package from door to door. Duties and taxes are due before the package is delivered.
      • FedEx International Connect Plus DDP: 5-9 estimated business days. Packages are sent out DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). FedEx carries the package from door to door. No other payments need when package arrives. 
      • USPS Priority Mail: 10-30 estimated business days. This service is not recommended. Packages are sent out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). USPS carries the package from our door to your local postal service for final delivery. Your local postal service will be contacting you via email, phone and or letter for payment of the duties, taxes and or VAT fee's BEFORE THE PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED. Please check the tracking of the package regularly to see if the package is been delayed due to taxes.
    • Please keep in mind that travel time can vary depending on weather, pandemics, customs and other acts of nature and or man. 

      Delivery Policy

      Typically, packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments.  If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order. 

       Order Issue Policy

      • If an item arrives visibly damaged or missing product, please contact Ciro Customer Service within 5 days of receiving the package at sales@ciro3d.com or 715-808-0027. All claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Ciro will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.
      • Once the package is delivered its is the customers responsibility to make sure the pack is retrieved from the drop off point within 24 hours. If the package is missing please contact us within 48 hours of the pack being delivered and we can assist you by contact the shipping carrier and confirm the delivery address or starting a missing package claim. If the package was stolen from the delivery location this would be an issue that will need to be brought up to you local authorities.

        Features Unlocked When Coupled with the Lightstrike COMMANDER™:

        • Power on options: This feature allows the user to select from several distinct light patterns or sequences that play when the motorcycle is initially powered on. It provides a customizable visual "welcome" or "startup" effect for the lights. 
        • Power on color options: While a specific pattern is playing during the "power on" sequence, this allows the user to choose between red & amber colors for those animations. 
        • Run brightness adjustment: Provides the ability to increase or decrease the intensity of the continuous, "running" light when the motorcycle is in operation. 
        • Run animation: This feature enables the lights to display dynamic animated patterns while the motorcycle is running, particularly useful for visual impact during events like shows or parades. (not for use on public road ways)
        • Run animation modes: When the "Run Animation" feature is active, the user can choose from different types of animation behaviors. (Random, Group, Individual)
        • Run animation delay adjustment: Allows the user to set a delay before a selected run animation begins playing between 2-30 seconds.
        • Run animation interval adjustment: Controls the time gap between the start of each individual animation sequence when in "run animation mode." 
        • Run animation speed adjustment: Lets the user control the pace at which the "run animations" play out.
        • Run animation brightness adjustment: The user can specify the minimum and maximum brightness levels (from 0% to 100%) that the light will cycle between when in "breathe mode." 
        • Run breathe mode: This mode causes the running light to gently cycle between high and low brightness levels, creating a pulsating effect designed to capture the attention of approaching vehicles for increased visibility.  
        • Run breathe mode brightness adjustment: The user can specify the minimum and maximum brightness levels that the light will cycle between when in "breathe mode." from 0-100%
        • Run breathe mode frequency adjustment: Allows the user to control how quickly the light transitions through its high and low brightness cycle in "breathe mode." 
        • Turn signal modes: Offers several distinct styles, colors, or motion patterns for the turn signals, providing customization beyond a standard blink. 
        • Turn signal color options: The ability to pick between amber or red turn signal color options. 
        • Turn signal brightness adjustment: Enables the user to modify the intensity of the turn signals to ensure they are consistent with or complement the brightness of other lights on the motorcycle.
        • Turn signal strobe effect: Provides the option to add an additional, brief strobe flash at the conclusion of each standard turn signal blink. 
        • 5 Brake animation options: When the brake is applied, this feature would typically allow for an extra, dynamic light sequence to play, designed to more effectively alert approaching vehicles. 
        • Brake animation cool down timer: This setting controls the minimum time required after releasing and reapplying the brakes before a brake animation or flash sequence can be triggered again. Adjustable from 0-30 seconds.
        • Brake flashing options: Within the brake animation options there is one for how many flashes you can choose from. Adjustable from 1 to 5 flashes.
        • Brake flashing frequency adjustment: This allows the user to control the speed at which the brake "burst" light flashes. 
        • Brake burst modes: This feature allows selection from various distinct patterns for how the brake light "burst" or flashes. 3 options available.
        • Brake burst delay adjustment: This enables the user to set a time delay (2-30 seconds) after applying the brakes before the "brake burst" effect begins. 
        • Brake burst frequency adjustment: This allows the user to adjust the time interval between each group of flashes in a "brake burst" sequence.

      If you are already investing in Ciro lighting for your bike, I highly recommend spending the extra money to upgrade to the Lightstrike Commander rather than settling for the standard adapter. It completely transforms the lighting setup and makes the bike a true conversation piece.

      Pros:

      Customization: The startup sequences are awesome. I even found a pattern that perfectly matched my off-brand saddlebag tail lights, making the whole setup look factory-integrated.

      Safety & Visibility: These are significantly brighter than any stock lights.

      Feature Control: I love having the ability to toggle between Amber or Red turn signals and the various options for brake burst modes.

      Cons:

      Decision Paralysis: Honestly, the only problem is that there are so many good patterns. You might get stuck in the garage for 20 minutes just trying to decide which one looks the coolest today.

      Verdict: This module offers a level of control and "cool factor" that the standard adapter just can't match. It makes the bike stand out immediately. Definitely worth the investment.

      Q: Will the Lightstrike COMMANDER module control all the lights on my motorcycle?

      • A: The Lightstrike COMMANDER will only work with Ciro lighting kits that are Lightstrike COMMANDER capable.

      Q: Will I need to install one Lightstrike COMMANDER module for each light kit?

      • A: No, each motorcycle will only need one. You can keep expanding the module with any Lightstrike COMMANDER capable light kit with a y-harness that is included with the lighting kit.
