Instructions

If having issues installing the perch mount please make sure you have all the components in the correct order with the factory handlebar half clamp installed. Within the kit there are two sets of bolts, 1/4-20x2" and 6mx1.0 . you will need to compare the thread pitch of the bolt you removed before installing our replacement bolt.
My phone will not charge troubleshooting:
- Confirm you have power going to the plug that plugs in to the Cybercharger.
- Remove your phone case. Some cases are too thick to keep on your phone while you charge it wirelessly. If wireless charging is not working on your phone, try taking the phone out of its case before placing it on the charging pad.
- Make sure your phone is QI-enabled. Please check with your phones manufacture if your phone is capable of wireless charging.
- Adjust the lower support foot. The Cybercharger lower foot is adjustable to allow you to align the the phone charging coil to Cybercharger coil. To adjust the foot just loosen the bottom center screw on the back a couple turns and the foot will pull out about 5/8". Our charging coils are located right behind the word "Ciro" on the Cybercharger and the phones coils will vary by make and model. We have found most iPhones work with the foot all the way in and other models with the foot pulled out a little.
- Disconnect wired headphones or charging cables. If headphones are connected to your phone, it could block the phone from charging.
- Restart your phone. Restarting your phone can sometimes fix minor software issues and glitches which could be preventing it from charging wirelessly. Please check with your phones manufacture on how to do this.
- If the phone has been exposed to the sun for a long period of time the phone may go into thermal overload to protect itself. Once this happens the phone will start shutting off services until the phone has cooled down. Once the phone has cooled down to normal operating temperature place back into the Cybercharger again.
- Performa hard reset on your phone. If your phone is completely unresponsive when you place it in the wireless Cybercharger, you may need to perform a hard reset. A hard reset will force your phone to quickly turn off and back on, which can temporarily fix the problem if your phone is not charging wirelessly. Please check with your phones manufacture on how to do this.
- Update your phone. On some phones wireless charging was originally implemented by a software update. If wireless charging is not working on your phone, you may just have to update your phone to enable its wireless charging functionality.
- If you continue to have issues please contact our technical support at 715-808-0027 ext 100.

FAQ
Q: Will the ball mount work with our brand ball mount accessories?
A: All Ciro ball mount accessories used our compact 5/8" ball mounting system. You will need to confirm the ball size with the brand of mount your using.
Q: I installed the Cybercharger on my motorcycle per the instructions and my phone will not charge, what should I do?
A: First check with the manufacture of your phone and confirm that it supports wireless charging. If the phone does support wireless charging confirm that wireless charging is enabled. We have also found that some model phones will need to be rebooted then placed in the Cybercharger before they will accept wireless charging, this will only need to be done once. If you continue to have issues please contact our technical support at 715-808-0027 ext 100.
Q; I installed my Cybercharger and it charges like it should but now my biker will now start.
A: All wireless chargers generate a ping signal looking for your phone so it knows when to start charging. This signal frequency band can interfere with key fobs, passive start systems or radios within a 12 in radius of the charging base. Try moving your key fob to a different area or pocket. If you continue to have issues please contact our technical support at 715-808-0027 ext 100.
Q: Will your phone holders protect my phone from the vibrations my Harley-Davidson produces?
A: Each phone manufacturer builds phone models to perform differently within the activity its user is using it for. Our phone holder cradle uses soft touch over-molded fingers to conform to the contours of a variety of phone shapes. An adjustable clamping force allows the user to determine just how tight to clamp their phone. Any vibrations are dependent on a number of factors, such as RPM range of the engine, particular engine components, handlebar configuration and so on. There is no way to fully eliminate all vibrations through the conditions at which a motorcycle is operated.
Q: After I installed the Cybercharger on my Can-Am my motorcycle will not start and the dash show's "key not recognized"
A: With the security system on the Can-Am models it my be necessary to place your phone in the Cybercharger after the ignition is on or the motorcycle is started. You can also change the power from the battery and connect the Cybercharger to a switched / accessory power source and this should solve the issue moving forward.
